Yes, you can choose to donate anonymously. When making a donation, simply check the "Donate anonymously" box. Your name won't appear on the campaign page, but you'll still receive a receipt for your records.

It depends on the campaign. Donations to verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are tax-deductible in the US. Personal campaigns are generally not tax-deductible. Look for the "Tax-Deductible" badge on campaign pages.

Campaigns use "keep what you raise" funding. This means campaigners receive all funds raised, even if they don't meet their goal. Every donation still makes a difference! Refunds are only issued in cases of proven fraud or if the campaigner chooses to refund.

Receipts are automatically generated. After each donation, you'll receive an email receipt. You can also view and download all your donation receipts from your account dashboard under "My Donations" at any time.

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact our support team within 48 hours for accidental donations. For fraud concerns, we investigate immediately and issue refunds for verified fraudulent campaigns. Refund requests after 48 hours are at the campaigner's discretion.
