If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Campaign Rules

When creating a fundraising campaign on funana.et, you agree to:

4.1 Permitted Campaigns

• Medical expenses, treatments, and healthcare costs
• Educational expenses (tuition, books, supplies)
• Emergency relief and disaster recovery
• Creative projects (art, music, film, writing)
• Community initiatives and nonprofit projects
• Personal emergencies and hardship relief
• Animal welfare and rescue operations
• Environmental and conservation projects

4.2 Prohibited Campaigns

• Illegal activities: Campaigns that violate any law or regulation
• Hate speech: Campaigns promoting violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Fraudulent claims: Misrepresenting the purpose or use of funds
• Adult content: Sexually explicit materials or services
• Gambling: Lottery, sweepstakes, or pyramid schemes
• Weapons: Firearms, ammunition, or dangerous weapons
• Political campaigns: Candidate fundraising or partisan activities
• Investment opportunities: Offering equity, loans, or returns

4.3 Campaign Verification

All campaigns are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to:

• Request additional documentation or verification
• Reject or remove campaigns that violate our policies
• Suspend campaigns pending investigation
• Require modifications to campaign content

5. Donations & Payments

5.1 Donation Processing

When you make a donation through our Platform:

• Your donation is a direct payment to the campaign organizer
• We act as a payment processor, not as an escrow agent
• Funds are transferred to the campaign organizer minus applicable fees
• Donations are final and non-refundable except as provided in Section 5.3

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and digital wallets. By providing payment information:

• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method
• You authorize us to charge the specified amount
• You agree to the terms of our payment partners

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled as follows:

• Accidental donations: Contact us within 48 hours for assistance
• Fraudulent campaigns: Full refund upon verification of fraud
• Campaigner-initiated refunds: At campaign organizer's discretion
• Platform errors: Full refund for donations processed in error

Refund requests after 48 hours require campaign organizer approval. We facilitate but cannot guarantee refunds.

funana.et is free for campaign creators and donors. However, payment processors charge transaction fees:

By posting content on our Platform, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display your content
• Represent that you have the rights to share such content

The funana.et Platform, including its design, logo, trademarks, and software, is owned by funana.et and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform materials
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These policies explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, funana.et DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will meet your specific requirements
• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• Quality of services will meet your expectations
• Errors will be corrected

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL funana.et BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless funana.et and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any content posted by you

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
